About Megan
As the founder of Dare to Dream Weddings, I have always dreamed big. Growing up in southeastern Wisconsin I went on to receive degrees in Marketing and Finance from Marquette University. During my summers at Marquette, I got my first taste of event planning while working on private events for a single family in Lake Geneva. After I completed my degree, I picked up and moved to Florida with my husband before eventually realizing my true love for the city of Milwaukee and returning to the area in 2007. After returning to Milwaukee to plan my own wedding, I realized the need for professional planning services in the area and plans were put in place to launch Dare to Dream Weddings.
I truly believe that couples on any size budget can create a dream wedding. From the flowers to the favors, I love finding the local hidden gems that will help make every wedding unique, magical and a day that you and your guests will never forget. I love the city of Milwaukee and use my extensive knowledge of the city, its vendors and local hot spots to pull together personalized events that go above and beyond. I am committed to keeping up with local and national trends while still keeping an eye on the tradition and ceremony that comes with a wedding of any kind.
In working with me, you will see that I take pride in getting to know all of my clients both personally and professionally. Staying calm and being carefully organized helps to leave couples free to relax and enjoy their special day. I also understand just how exciting your engagement is to you and your family and therefore strive to be consistently responsive to all calls and emails.

Megan is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and is a Distinguished Graduate of the ABC Professional Development Program which has been committed to assisting brides and vendors all over the world since 1955. She is the honored recipient for the 2012 second quarter Cele Lalli Award and the 2011-2012 "Rising Star" Award through the ABC program.
In her down time Megan enjoys exploring Milwaukee's latest culinary hot-spots with her husband, strolling the east side with her miniature dachshund Vader or relaxing at home with her two cats Yoda and Boba.

About Jen
After graduating from high school, I moved to Milwaukee to pursue a degree in Journalism and Mass communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. While in school I worked for a local radio station planning and executing promotional events. After graduation I decided to pursue a career in customer service. I've worked with a couple different organizations with my role being to make sure the customer’s experience is always fabulous.
In my free time I enjoy making people laugh. I’m currently involved in the local comedy/theater community. I am also a long distance runner, having completed multiple half marathons and currently training for my first full marathon. When not cracking jokes or breaking a sweat, I enjoy relaxing at home with a good book or going out to dinner with friends.
Jen joins Dare to Dream Weddings as an associate planner. Her constant enthusiasm and calming personality make her a welcome addition to the team.
